They even doesn't have an "in process" on my status. Anyway, hope things will move post-march.
My e-cas was changed IN PROCESS of Feb 1st But Details inside is still same as RBVO. Lets hope they move fast. |

You should not expect any change in e-Cas until your medical is done. Any change between "In Process" and medicals will not be good as its normally "Decision made" that mean rejection. So keep your fingers crossed and rather than expecting a change in e-Cas at this stage, wish for receiving medical instructions which are delivered by postal mail.

Few of my friend I know that received their medical from,Buffalo VO, their Initial application date is around february 2009 and medical received in august 2010, 17 month.
Mine is still RBVO.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 16, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 24, 2010. Thanks Pearl and Vermas! Actually I just checked my e-CAS a few minutes ago and it was changed to IN PROCESS... but still with the same RBVO infos inside Anyways I'm still happy coz at least there's a change somehow  Good luck to all of us! Anne55 Wish you get your medicals before you get CAIPS.

BFD is "Bring Forward Date". This probably means your file will be reviewed again only on May 20, 2011. The upside is that you need not be in tension as to when you can see the progress on your file. The downside is that you have to wait until about end of May to know the progress. Just sit back patiently and watch movement on others file.
Hi, I know only someone received PPR before mid-Jan., 2011. Buffalo seems hesitated to issue new PPR for FSW applicants in Feb./March, 2011. I doubt if Buffalo is processing and issuing PPR for FSW applicants at present?? Long time of waiting...... |
