Hi, Thanks for sharing this,
Plz anyone a quick reply on that, my work pemit will expired in next month , i wanted to go back to pakistan , My PR case now a day "In Process" what happened if i go back with my PR case, Can i change my address and when they ask me for medical, then they send a letetr to my country address. Even though i applied for my work permit extention, but this case still in process and i have a emergency to go back. Plz reply as soon as possible,

hi SMUPK1 what i did is i send them email informing my change of address and reasons why am i going back to my home country also you can ask them all your concerns regarding your personal issues. i think it will not affect your case maybe a little but not major though. cheers |

I have same reply . I beleive it will takes 17 months means after 2nd AOR so our date is Oct'2010 .....hopefuuly March 2012 ..they will start the process so we need 2 wait one more year  |

Count 17.months in Buffalo not from 2AOR but from the date Buffalo received your application from Sydney.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp#westthe current processing time for buffalo is 17months. so you can add 17 months - from Oct 2010 means March 2012 - we will get some thing -:)

This is disheartening.......I was looking in trackit and it appears like people applying through buffalo visa office seem to be waiting forever- way more than 17 months... only a couple have made it within 2 years!!!!

Has any body noticed a forum member getting medical instructions from Buffalo since 01 January 2011, irrespetive of the fact whether they got their 2nd AOR in April/May or Aug-Sep-Oct 2010? All visa offices get their yearly quotas in Jan.
