i just noticed that the processing time for buffalo skilled worker PR applications has been updated to 17 months  on the CIC website !!!! Hope this number doesn't increase even more. I remember it showed 10 months at one point of time.. now its flat out 17 months! which means most of us can expect to have it around oct - nov this year.. still too long a wait .

Is ths processing time starts from submission of ur application to Sydney office or from once recieved by Visa office.

I would be glad if it is from the time we submit to Sydney. But the fact is it is from the time Buffalo VO receives your application for processing.

Does the Time Starts from the day VO Receives our application or the day they starting reviewing it i.e. when it goes "In Process".
or from the date when we get "2nd AOR"

i want to think it's from 2nd AOR and seeing from timelines for other people, i dont think its taking 17 months after file goes into process.. i have to say files seem to go "in process" very arbitrarily ... wish there was a sense of proper first in first out processing of files at buffalo..

none. It starts from the date your application reaches the office. i.e. courier delivered date. 2nd aor will usually take 2-4 months from that date.
