Hi every one,

has any one adress disappeared these days? mine has dissapeared since December 20 and I haven't received any thing yet?

by surfing the net you can find tons of data for up to MR. but after MR is really like a black hole. there is nothing so much about it. I am waiting for PPR. the average time line is 3 to 6 months. I appreciate if some one could share its experience.

Hi friends
Can somebody give me contact info for good immigration comsultant or lawyer for canada.
i want to file work permit .
 please reply me asap

for getting work permit, you should get positive LMO first. positive LMO will be only issued for employer. after having Positive LMO you can file online your work permit by yourself. it takes 40 to 60 days for getting positive LMO. the time line for work permit itself is varrying time to time. but in the nut shel the whole process can take between 4 to 6 months!. I've done it three times by now.

Good Luck,
GAZ

Thanks to my friends who have congratulated me and best wishes to every one here waiting for the next steps in the PR process.
I wish to share two experiences:

1- I had sent notorized copies (originals are with me) of the transcripts which they have accepted. They haven't asked for originals.

2 - My e-cas address disappeared on 20 December 2011 and received MI +request for updated documents yesterday. I don't know if these two events have any relationship.

Cheers..

Hey anuM,

I guess our timelines are very similar. The only difference is that your status changed to In Process much sooner than mine. I wonder if "In Process" with RBVO actually means in process. Hopefully, we will get Meds in the next couple of months.

Cheers,
E. K.

P.S. : Congrats to vermas. I hope the next stage reaches much much faster.

mine changed to inprocesss, but the details are still rvbo and the last caips notes i got still showed nothing was done with the file yet.. not even paper screening...

really need to have my papers by summer this year, cant take more of this nonsense..
anywho now i have a CEC application too.. so pinning all my hopes on that , not on this FSW application anymore.. any movement on this case i'll take as bonus, but not expecting much to come out of it..
this whole process is just too random for my liking.. some people get it super easy and quick, the rest of us sit and twiddle our thumbs..
sadness.....

i am in serious situation due to my consultant.
i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is  not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant
i will be thankfull to you
thanks

It is sad, isn't it? I am in the same boat, except that I am not eligible for CEC yet. I am finishing school in 6 months and probably apply under PNP then. Although it is supposed to be expedited category, a friend of mine who applied under PNP hasn't got his PR after 13 months.

I guess we just need to wait and see what happens in our cases.

Cheers,
E. K.

My address that disappeared 2 weeks back has now reappeared with the updated address that I had updated the visa office a few days back. Details inside, however, remains the same old. Has address reappearance happened to other people in the forum? My address disappearance was together with many of you in December.

My e-cas address disappeared on 20 December 2011 and received MI +RPRF + request for updated documents (IMM0008 and PCC) this week. My e-cas address has also reappeared this week. I don't know if these events have any relationship.

Cheers...

My address locked on Dec. 20 and showed up on Jan 6. Let see what we have gotten this time. I am looking for PPR. but I expect to get it on late March. my imagination is that the Ottawa just looked at the MR and that's it. because before PPR, a massage like  "Medical Received" should first drag and drop on the ECAS and then the PPR email will show up.

anyway good luck for everyone who their addresses have come back these days. I hope all of you will receive good news next week.

Merry Christmas!
