Hi Nylam - My file was also transferred to LA office and I had received and completed medicals. LA had not requested for any documents (PCC, POF). Also they had neither mentioned about interview waiver nor asked for RPRF.
Did you get any requests from LA along with medical request?
Hi DenverCo, I only got MR and request for new PCC. No mention of other things. Don't worry buddy, I believe when we clear the medical exam, all the rest will be required, except I guess the interview (hoping). Getting MR eased a bit of waiting anxiety specially this holiday season. So let's enjoy the holiday for the mean time.   I hope too, those who are waiting for MR will get theirs soon.. That means based on the documents you provided, you have earned at least 67 points. at this stage they might be go for more background check or like most of the other cases, they will trust your documents and issue MR. I don't want to scare you, but in some cases it took several months and in some rare cases they got rejected. for me it took 18 days and for a friend of mind it took 11 months! but based on your time line I can tell that you will get good news very soon! |

Yes Bonny, i know that ur file has been transferred on this date so as mine......my online status shows in process since jan 2011, but there is no added line of start procession from this date so...it really didn't mean anything since its in inprocess or not.....anyways we share the same timeline..so, lets be in touch and help fr each other..... tc Regards |
