i read some of post that was ridiculous............ Reply 1 from Buffalo VO.. CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.
We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from March 2010 during the current calendar year. If we are able to initiate processing earlier, we will contact you.
Reply 2 Your file remains in a processing queue awaiting review by a visa officer. Due to the large volumes of applications in this office and resource constraints, it is unlikely that we will be able to begin processing your application in the current processing year. If we are able to do so, we will contact you.

Oh sorry, I meant your last BFD was in June. I am sure they looked at your file and there was some positive movement. Hopefully medical is on its way. My SELDEC was on 19 October 2010.

Don't send case specific inquiry to Buffalo, send direct email to "buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca" I did send case specific inquiry before 4 months but never got reply, but after sending direct email they did reply with in week. |

I sent an email inquiry last week including my file number and they replied after 1 day saying that my application was IN PROCESS.
Maybe because I'm under the FSW2 category? No idea.
