I sent my CAPS - 5 week back means 17th March 2011
and my INprocess date is - Feb 17,2011

Hi Anumatri, Then your notes are similar to mine. My fields are zero, but the visa officer has checked my documents and he wrote down notes. I will send you a Pm with my notes and we will compare and see , if it looks similar. I already have mine scanned. thanks for sharing. |

Hi zyvox, No,u r not post june 26. U are under post Feb 2008 and pre june 26 2010,ie., under 38 occupations list of 1st set of Ministerial instructions (MI- 1). post june 26 2010 means under revised 29 occupations list of 2nd set of Ministerial Instructions (MI- 2) that came into effect on last june 26,2010.So whoever applied on/after June 26 2010, fall under post june 2010 category and these applicants are given higher priority over pre feb 2008 & pre june 26 2010 applicants. hope its clear All the Best Regards pearl2010

If they had started processing does it mean, that i have got enough points, because my fields are still zero so i have no idea. Only age had a figure of 10. Please someone should help explain. i'm going to reapply for caips .. and if i see a bfd of another 3-6 months.. i'm going to reapply for PR this time under CEC.. can i send the CEC application to new delhi visa office ?

If you do that forgot for your money from FSW application.Your ecase status is IN PROCESS now. They refused my CEC application beacose of my IELTS score and did not give me back my money. |

Nothing.You will have two applications in the same time.
Now when I open my ecas on their site i have two differnet applications in two lines:
First one (FSW application) IN PROCESS-with RBVO details inside
Second one (CEC application) Decision made -beacose they refused my CEC application.
You can do that but your case wont be faster.
