Yes, to some extent it's true, but an exception for those whose file got transferred to Satellite Visa Offices  Congratulations to all who got 'in process' yesterday.
Looks like 'in process' timing depends on date of file transfer from CIO to buffalo and not the date of second AOR- just a speculation looking at the trend.

This is good that there is a motion in buffalo office but i am getting anxious that how much time would be after IN PROCESS ? My ecas shows in process since november 1st wk.So what is the next step and roughly after how long is expected.

Hi.
I'm really curious when I have to expect my application to be approximate finalized by Buffalo NY. I submitted my documents to Sydney, Nova Scotia and latter they send them to Buffalo NY, according to the "Processing Times IN MONTHS" for Buffalo is 17 .
Can some one to tell me what is my "complete application package received date" or when i have to expect to be finalized ?
I have letters:
MAY 03 2010 "this is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has been recieved at the RPC, Buffalo,NY and that file has been created for you ......
27 sept 2010 I receive a letter where they ask me to do my medical and pay RPRF which i immediately did. Also in that latter they sad" We have now completed the initial assessment of your application, and expect to finalize your application without personal interview....
I check online Client Application Status:
We received your application for permanent residence on October 1, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 21, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on December 30, 2009. The Buffalo office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on September 13, 2010.
Medical results have been received.

There is nothing normal in the inmigration woerld After your medicals are done they do the police background checks and this depends on the number of countries you live in Just relax you are almost done Cheers!!! Thank you !!!

this immigration process is sooo not fair!.. if i had waited just a couple more months to apply, i would have already have gotten med request at the very least by now.. this prioritization of post june 26 applications is bull*censored word* man.. everyday i see entries on post june 26 threads on this forum and get jealous!
