Dear friends,
I am starting a new thread for the applicants who receive(d) their Buffalo AOR in August-September-October 2010. This will help us in tracking and comparing our timelines. To begin with, I have provided my timelines below.
1 - Complete docs received at Buffalo---29 March 2010
2 - Buffalo AOR received------------------24 September 2010
3 - Request for addional docs -----------
4 - Medicals requested -------------------
5 - Medicals recieved at Buffalo---------
6 - Passport requested ------------------

I guess you are talking about CIO fee. That was charged in February 2010.

My e-CAS has also changed to "Documents received by Visa Office". I am able to access it using my new file number provided by Buffalo.
Any body else who got AOR during the subject period, please join this thread.

thanks man... i got my AOR on April 23rd, still ecas shows Rcvd BVO... dont know when it will change to inprocess.. god only knows... sent case specific enquiry to Buffalo.. same old copy/paste reply of wait for 64weeks...what a hell...am running out of my patience.. |

64 weeks, that means 1 year and 4 months, thats ridiculous. There is something wrong with their system and they are defying ministrial instructions. I thought you should be at the next stage (addl documents or medicals) in about 6 months from the date of Rcvd BVO. I still wish you all the bests.. Cheers... |
