Hi everybdy,
I am waiting for 2nd AOR, and still not issued, all docs sent and the CHC Buffalo already recieved it too. but still waiting for 2nd AOR, why its too late, it will be now 1month to sent my full docs.

Hi Omm -
I think waiting patiently is the only option.I have appleid in FSW1 using NOC Code - 0213 and my docs reached Buffalo visa office on May 14th 2010.I have not heard anything from them yet.I think they have recieved too many applications in this category and it is taking them a lot of time to process anything.
Also based on information from other forums Buffalo was the slowest wrt any movement.
I will share further information as soon as I get any response from CIC.

I am happy to see responses from Buffalo applicants. Where were you all these days  My full docs were delivered on June 21. No 2nd AOR yet. US GC process taught patience, its coming handy here. Good luck to everyone and I hope the wait ends soon with desired outcome. |

I am also in same boat.My document was received my buffalo visa office on june 14.Since then no reply.I am waiting 2nd aor from them.If you guys get anything please post it.

yes , problem is my case Docs recieved update in some week, and waiting for 2nd AOR from long time... any idea that how many weeks or months they takes, because fast track says in 6months to 12months we get PR visa stamped, but I dont think that with this slow buffalo we can get visa on the mentioned time frame... try luck.. keep it update if u guys get any update, I will sure update if I heared something on my case...

I sent out the full doc in June 7 2010.
No repsonse,
No update of e-cas,
No 2nd AOR
I saw somebody who set out ful doc in the middle of May got 2nd AOR in Aug.
Hoped Buffalo is finally moving...but now no news anymore..

Hi All, This is a good thread. All of us waiting for our 2nd AOR eagerly. Buffalo office is the slowest moving office in the world. It completes 80% of its cases in 15 months of time frame. Is this "fast track" eligible for Buffalo office?  My all docs delivered to Buffalo on 13th Aug. 2010. I am expecting it will take about 12-14 months for the process to complete. (PR approval or denial) What are your comments on the time frame? ?? While filing the documents my consultant told me that it will take 6-8 months to complete the process. But now I highly doubt it.
