Brother studying in Canada is very sick ,need VISA urgently .need help .

Hi

My brother studying in vancouver, Canada is very sick and asks for presence of family. I am from India . My father needs to visit him really urgently .
Any way to obtain VISA really quickly on an emergency basis ?

All the relevant medical documents and doctor's request are with me .
Please guide me to obtain the VISA real quickly because the longer it takes, the more my brother's condition might degrade .

 As steaky informed, you have to contact the consulate in India. At the mean time you would need to have a doctors confirmation (may be written) saying that the patient needs family presence. Just you go and tell them as he told you so , would hardly help. You may be not cheating  but the officials are very skeptical.
