Are you an orphan?  If yes, then she can sponsor you but only before you turn 18.  If no, if she lives in AB, MB or SK, she can look at the family stream program so see if she can sponsor you under PNP.  It will not be right away though, she needs to have money, you need to have money, you need to have work experience, in some of the provinces you have to be 21 etc.
