Hi I'm From Sri lanka, i have my brother and  my mother in Canada i'm working as a IT Excutive in a Sri lanken private firm for 4 years. also i have a 2 year Dip in IT + a British Qualification BTEC HND in IT. for my qulification can i migrate to Canada ,or is there any one who can offer me a Job to enter Canada ?

I think you should look into family application if you have family in Canada with residency.... Just a thought, otherwise try looking around on job sites ect

I think your qualification might be from BCAS in Sri Lanka. Please note that edexcel qualifications are not really accepted in Canada.

Your IT experience is not eligible for Federal Skilled Worker Program because it is not included in the present 29 NOC list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

You are not also eligible for Family Class sponsorship if you are over 18 years old.

Who cannot be sponsored

Other relatives, such as brothers and sisters over 18, or adult independent children cannot be sponsored. However, if they apply to immigrate under the Skilled Worker Class, they may get extra points for adaptability for having a relative in Canada.

You can try the following:
1. Quebec Skilled Worker
2. Provincial Nominee Program
