Hello,
I landed in Toronto end of 2006. My brother was eligible for application before the introduction of the conservative-sponsored immigration amendments.
Now I am still hoping to bring my brother. Previously it was possible (in concept) to sponsor him in Family Category. He also could have applied in Skilled Worker.

He worked as a graphic designer for 10 years now. Is there is any category -including the much confusing provincial nominee- under which my brother could apply?
