Hi, I want to bring in 20-30 techs from the Phills. I was in manila met with a few Recruiters (POEA) and most say 12-18 weeks to process-  Just wondering should I get a CDN immigration Lawyer or one in Manila?  Do I have to advertise in Canada for 1 month (as I am told) for those jobs prior to beginning the process? What are the costs (ballpark) for the lawyers?  The recruiters want 1 months wage from me for each worker.

===== Also side note ===  how difficult is it to bring those workers from Canada to the USA after 6 months or 1 yr... same work (Ericsson) -  I heard 1 Large company in Canada is doing that....bringing them into the USA thru Canada as it's pretty hard to bring them direct to USA.  I don't know.  Any insight? Thoughts?

Thanks for all assistance and direction.
