Hi,

Is there much red tape regarding me bringing my daughter over from Ireland to Canada. She was born in Ireland and her father is Irish, or is she entitled to travel over with me as sh eis my child?

If you are Canadian, then She is Canadian,Go to to Canadian Embassy,Register Her Birth and Get her a Canadian Passport,Canada does not deny entry to Canadians,That would be so stupid,Does Ireland deny entry to Irish Citizens???

Note if she is not traveling with the father she will need either proof of custody or a letter from the father stating that the child can be taken out of Ireland.
