brief explanation needed

my father graduated from Italy. and he used to study polytechnique, but now he's working as a poultry excpert due to the lack of chances of work in our country which is Lebanon,

what do he need to do to submit a skilled worker application??

besides my dad has 4 inventions and he wants to take his patent from Canada..

can you please help us with it??

Your father should take the online assessment to see if he qualifies to immigrate as a skilled worker.

Patents are enforceable internationally.  Your father doesn't have to apply in Canada for them to be valid there.
