Job Duties
Electricians in this unit group perform some or all of the following duties:
•Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations
•Pull wire through conduits and through holes in walls and floors
•Install brackets and hangers to support electrical equipment
•Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment, such as switches, relays and circuit breaker panels
•Splice, join and connect wire to fixtures and components to form circuits
•Test continuity of circuits using test equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of system, following installation, replacement or repair
•Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components
•Connect electrical power to audio and visual communication equipment, signalling devices and heating and cooling systems
•Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.

people who are applying must be looking at job duties and there is not much difference compared to before. don't launch breaking news here and spread panic. some people like you tried to spread rumours before that points allocation have changed and they really made people delay sending their applications

I agree with 100% with Goodman my NOC 1231 duties are same.........and first here a female made the panic that points based system has been changed. even when i read it out there was written Proposed Points System........lolz some people do not the meaning of Proposed...........

I saw that they updated their website and I checked some NOC's and I noticed that there was some changes. so I decided to share with you , not exactly you.

You are really a Good Man,Every one should make decision on rational basis,we see the sheet people sending there documents at 30th june and policy of caps announced at 26 of june,so Many applicants send there applications so we share good ideas to encourage each other,we should try to avoid any delay in application because we have short number of applicants for Canada.

Hi Paniz,
            Do not get dis-heartened with a few peoples comments. I know u case personally that how u waited so long , and at the last moment had to rush to Canada with a near expiring visa.
Keep up the good work to benefit many other deserving candidates.
