thank u for ur answer dr hasib but i saved all applications that i send before in my laptop so i can use it now . now my question is if i use the old as they asked me to fill the second page of generic application to add my baby this means the old one still work as this will send to visa office not cio as they asked for the new application form
you can use the old one as well...CIC clearly stated that they will accept old forms till NOV 14,2011
