Dear all,

CIC is going to amend FSW points system either by April 2011 or June 2011.

CIC will not only extraordinary emphasize on Younger Immigrants (maximum 12 points at age below 35) & English or French Language Skills (maxixmum 20 points) but surprisingly reducing the Work Experience points (maxixmum 15 points) in new FSW points system.

Unlikely if an election is called this Spring.

From what I noticed (from people's posting) CIC is now slowing down on visa issuance.
They did the same thing in 2008 before the elections.

I don't think it is important to know which if his relatives work in CHC London, however, I strongly recommend if he could mention the source of the information just for the people to more believe in it.
