My friends, i would suggest to contact directly Tim Leahy who is going to sue CIC for pre june 2010 cases. Abhinav must be working as an agent for him. Tim Leahy is the one who is handling such cases directly. His website is www.forefrontmigration.ca or you can contact him on linkedin.

thanks

You are not pre-feb2008 so why do you need to even consider (buying) it?

I am not, and not interested, but they are asking for $1,100+ and I don't see what facts they will gather.
What will be the basis of lose earning, lose in earning in Canada or lose in earning from country of residence.
The case mentioned on the web was under completely different scenario.
decision is yours.

maybe difficult, but not impossible. for people who have no other option but to wait, this could provide some momentum. This mandamus thingie has worked before. chk out this thread..

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/use-of-mandamus-t35955.0.html

hope something good comes out of this. I dont fall in the affected category, but just hoping that it helps those aspirants.

If this legal action is through Tim Leahy...then it is both for pre and post feb.  I read his statement in linked in as well.....  He said he will or plans to launch his case against CIC on July 1.  It's already July 13, did you hear anything if he made a move already?

I think it is expensive and no guarantee....
