Infact this question has been asked in air without knowing realities.i guess our friend at9459 has just  tried to put smile on our depressed faces.

1. first of all it is not an easy task to get loan from banks without property/business or handsome salary
2. secondly if you are making money cad$2000 per month in pakistan even then you can approve loan of hardly cad$4000 with high interest rate
3.Third this is clearly mis-representation and if CHC have come to know that------

Cic is misrepresenting about the processing time and we have not said anything. If they stop misrepresenting then applicants might also stop. The way t hey respond to our mails, the  think we had nothing to do with our money. They just wanted to collect the money and they are using it to run their economy.

funds- it states one cannot borrow from a person, but can one borrow from bank?
please advise

No! You missed the current 3-page discussion on the same topic on the post-June-26 thread. Some guy is worried because he only provided a letter and not bank statements, when we dug deeper it seems he borrowed the funds from a company and they are not his:

CIC want to be convinced you have enough funds OF YOUR OWN to establish yourself in Canada. This is to protect the immigrant, and also to protect themselves so new immigrants are not a drain on the welfare system.
