regarding sa imong first question nga magpa-notaryo, SURE lagi ko. 100%. mao nay akong gibuhat. tanan nga napanotaryohan photocopies sa original docs, basta tanan nga dili original documents, akong gipa-notaryohan sa abugado sa baranggay.

secondly, kabahin aning common law, naa koy idea pero try lang og pangitag advice sa uban. i have a friend nga nag-apply silag common law. mao ni ilang gibuhat.
1. ilang gi-prove nga "common law" partners gyud sila. how?
    1.1. single pa silang duha. NSO authenticate certificate of no marriage for both of them.
    1.2. naa silay joint bank account nga sa ilang pangalan.
    1.3. naa silay gamay nga business nga sa ilang duha nakapangalan.
    1.4. i'm not sure pero i think ang condo unit nga ilang gipuy-an, sa ilahang name pud.
    1.5. submit sila og mga bills sa ilang name unya pareho og address.
    1.6. naa pud silay mga 3 or 5 pictures ba daw to sa ilang travel-travel sa laing nasud.
2. ang processing daw is the same as married couple only that dili sila married. tapos naay principal applicant nilang duha and both of them nisubmit pud sa ilang mga transcripts and credentials like normal married couples do.
3. what is important lang daw is ma-establish ang fact nga "common law" gyud mo. kung naa moy anak, pero dili mo minyo unya makita sa birth certificate sa inyong anak nga ang lalaki nga imong ka-common law maoy amahan unya ikaw isip inihan sa bata, mu-qualify pud daw na.

Hi!nag ready nako sa mga forms.  Just read sa lain threads na submit sad daw visa specific documents na copy sa cio?akng gibasa ang instructions na ang kato raman forms e submit with the checklist?unsa inyo gipang submit sa cio?para maka ready nasad kog pang show money if ever ipa submit daan sa cio. Bank cert raba ang kinhanlan stating the amount sa account?  Also if e submit ang transcript of records, diplomas, birth cert, bastismal etc., ok lang ba ang original pa ang akong e photocopy or kuha kog bago then photocopy? kay basin recent ilang kinhanlan gud. lahi naman d ay rn sa katong pag apply nako pag 2010 kay namay 120 days to submit docs.  Karon daw kay ipada na tanan sa cio.  Pls enlighten me gurus.  Where sad mo ga review ielts?salamat ninyo kayo.

i'll speak on my experience. gisubmit nako ang tanang documents apil na ang checklist. as far as i can remember, mao ni akong gipang-submit first time sa CIO.
1. original transcripts of record (bachelor and masteral)
2. notarized true copy of my diplomas (bachelor and master)
3. true copy of PRC board result
4. notarized true copy of my board certficate
5. original IELTS results
6. original NSO birth certificates
7. original NSO CENOMAR
8. notarized true copies of my SSS ID, Passport, OFW ID, PRC license
9. original BPI bank certificate
10. application fee (bank draft)

Later on, pag-abot sa akong medical request, I was asked to submit the following:
1. Undergo medical examinations
2. Right of Permanent Resident Fee (BPI bank draft akong gikuha)
3. original NBI clearance
4. original (and authenticated translated copy) for my saudi police clearance
   (**I've read somewhere that they'll be asking you police clearances from each country you stayed more than 6 months either you were a tourist or a worker)

When I got my visa last March, all documents were returned except the authenticated copies of my board certificate and diplomas (college and masteral).

kung available na nimu imong nbi, i-submit nalang na og apil. AYAW KALIMOT sa imong HongKong police clearance (translated in English) IF YOU HAVE stayed in HongKong for more than 6 months either as a tourist or as a worker.

yes, OK ra nang extension letter. just make sure lang gyud ma-comply dayon ang FBI clearance.  langayan pud diay nang mga americano mu-issue og FBI clearance? abe nako ang mga arabo nga police ray langayan kaayo! hahaha...

PARA SA LAHAT NA NAGBABALAK MAG-ATTEND NG CIIP (Yung mga nakatanggap ng Medical Request at Visas) NA NANGGALING SA VISAYAS-MINDANAO AREA,

Kung OK lang sa inyo, maaari ba tayong mag-request ng July (first week) ng CIIP sa Cebu. At least, lesser cost kung pupunta pa sa Manila. I made a request na kase for a schedule in Cebu but unfortunately, they still can't confirm the schedule sa first week ng July sa Cebu dahil they need na marami ang mag-request from Visayas-Mindanao area para ma-consider nila.

I hope dun sa mga taga-Visayas and Mindanao, I hope sa Cebu nalang tayo mag-CIIP sa first week of July! Thanks!

pero naa pjud koy pangutana. nagwork ko dri s Dubai bfre as home care nurse,unya ang akong employer
wla man ko visahi.im working wyl ang akong visa is tourist. iv worked for almost 7months (dec2010-july 2011)
s company. pero within that 7months nag exit ko for 1 month to get another 2months visa.
what if makakuha k ug COE pero as part time lang ibutang.counted kaya n s akong experience?
ang akong gnawory is bcg dili pde kay tourist akong visa.syangan ko s experience kung dili xa ma-apil kay makulangan
ang akong 4yrs. possible kaya ni na case??

Good to hear naa d ay taga Cebu diri. I already got my Visa LAst May 14,2012 but I will travel not until later.

My hopeful plan is July. My visa expires on October.
