BIRTH RECORD NOT FOUND PLEASE HELP

My wife don't have brith certificate ,upon contacting BIRTH AND DEATH REGISTRAR.THEY DIDN'T FOUND ANY RECORDS.
I do have certificates stating no birth record found.

 can i show matriculation certificate as DOB

please help and suggest me best possible solution.

yes you can .. i didnt have my BC either and submitted my high school certificates instead and my consultant told me not to worry ..

If you are a resident of pakistan, goto the Tehsil municipality in ur area and ask to have a new 'registration of birth'...They will ask the details and after entering the data to the database, they will give u birth certificate and her u go...its ur birth certificate...
dont hasitate to contact me again in case of any confusion..

Dear, If your wife is not principle applicant. Then dont worry, abt it. But as a principle applcant you must need BC.
