Birth certificate translation in karachi

assalamualaikum to all, Please can any one guide me from where I can get translation of birth certificate in Karachi. I was born in Hyderabad so no standard format available here. and Instruction guide says "affidavit by translator' must be given". what is this affidavit, is this a separate document apart from translation.  Who is eligible to attest this . Should it be attested by notary public only or by first class magistrate also. Is Justice of Peace attestation instead of magistrate  acceptable by CHC Islamabad.
