I did not send my birth certificate with my initial set of documents to buffalo but I still got my 2nd aor...I got one from the city which I was born in and sent it this week with a cover letter stating that I forgot to attach with my initial set of documents...do you think this was a good idea or should i have waited till VO asked for it?...by the way i got y 2nd aor on april 28, 2010 and my ecas status is still "received by VO"...

any thoughts?...

I think you should wait for VO to request you for any additional document.

Now you have send it to VO then it is fine. It will not affect your processing.
