Birth certificate query,please read and advice

Dear All

My wife donot have Birth certifacte,instead we received a "NOT FOUND certificate" from "Death and Birth Register".

please  advice ,in this stiuation an affidavit with self declaration will be ok. or  do we need to have a declaration from some one who can witness birth of my Mrs.

You may submit a high school certificate which should have date of birth on that. Also attach a notarized affidavit by parents. I did the same and it worked. If you want affidavit format I can send you.

guys i had the same situation and only submitted my high school certificates as per my consultants advise .. they told me not to worry about it ... i have already recived my 2nd aor and waiting for next steps ..
