Birth certificate of brother from Pakistan

hi pakistan applicants!

my brother is a permanent resident of canada. to prove the relationship they ask to send his birth certificate. does anybody know if i can provide his id card instead of birth certificate because he is in canada and its hard to get his birth certificate.

nadra dont give birth certificates, i went there they said i need to contact DMA /CDA

But I got all my and my children birth certificates from NADRA ,middle thing is that I submutted their orignal in NADRA,So your case my not have same

why you got them from nadara?? from where they were issued before???

. my birth certificate is issued from CDA /DMA islamabad. are birth certificates issued by union council like DMA / CDA acceptable to visa office

does nadra also issue any birth certificate??? what is the difference between nadra issued birth certificate and CDA / DMA issued birth certifictae. are they both acceptable to visa office london, thanks
