I have already sent my application but i have not submitted my birth certificate with the application. My guess is CIO checklist does not state that birth certificate is mandatory and visa specific checklist mentions the need for a birth certificate.

Will this be a problem for me or i can submit the birth certificate when and if my file is referred to the New delhi visa office. Any comments?

The payment has not been charged.

The following documents are with them which shows my birth certificate

1) Passport
2) Indian drivers license
3) Indian voter card
4) Ontario drivers license

Plus i had a student visa for Canada and had submitted my birth certificate in 2003.

since you are from India...they may consider your other docs as an alternative of your BC...proper thing to do in this case is to explain the reason of not submitting a birth certificate and instead requesting for matric certificate to be considered as proof of date of birth....atleast thats what many indian/Pak applicants on this forum have done including myself...Good luck
