Dear all,

My spouse has not issued her birth certificate yet... but now for application we need it..
But as per rules if we are goin to issue a new birth certi then we must bring a court order for the same... this will take a month's procedure....

Can anyone suggest any alternative or solution Huh

 Cheesy hi nikhil again,
If birth was not registered at that time it is very difficult and time consuming. Try for an affidavit to this fact and submit attested copy of her school certificate, in which the DOB and father's name is there.

Dear Wilson,

Thanx again for solving my queries one by one...
Yes that can be done.. Her School Leaving certi contains her DOB and father's name both... Passport is also from the school certi with both details....
but the question is do the visa officers count this as valid reason and documents...? Huh

Yes Nikhil, most times.
CIC know that in India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh etc the registration of births were not properly done earlier days and there are also many irregularities related to family/surnames. As the Visa Offices are aware of these problems they  consider any such issues sympathetically and probably accept the submitted documents. But they may ask to submit the  original school certificates, later  if they have some doubt or may ask for any further proof, if they need. However, make the solemn affidavit printed on the stamp paper and get it attested by a Magistrate instead of notary, which would be more better. Cheesy.
