I have to send my application for PR to The Canadian High Commission, New Delhi as my application has already been recommended by FSW, CIO, SYDNEY. When I applied for Birth Certificates for self and my wife, I was issued a certificate that my birth has been not recorded (Birth year 1957). My wife was issued a certificate that register of birth is not available (Birth year1963) by the concerned authorities in India.

We have the following documents mentioning the date of birth:
1.   Matric Certificates
2.   Passports
3.   Marriage Certificate

Can any one reply:

1.   Can my application be considered without Birth Certificates of self and wife?
2.   What are the other documents which I am supposed to send instead of birth certificates?
3.   Do I need to send birth certificate such as birth has been not recorded or birth register is not available?
