Dear Mkshah, Thanks for the reply , so the answers are : 1) Submission of DELF(B2) results would be calculated on post 6 Dec,2011 criteria for myself. 2) Being a retrospective decision , the scores for Delf exams would be analysed at interview stage for scores submitted before 6 Dec , 2011. even you being applicant before 5th dec, 2011,this new criteria will not be applicable for your DELF B2 result too.
Your application will be treated according to all criterias applicable at the time of your application. It will not be effected with any changes thereafter, unless it is specifically notified officially by Your BIQ / MICC.
This new criteria will be applicable to all new applications submitted post 5th dec 2011.

Yeah this notification , was published on Quebec Immigration site long ago , unfortunately Delhi schedule is yet to be decided. Not to sound pessimistic , but I do not expect we would have an interview call till March,11.

I called HK, a lady responded my question furiously....I asked in gentel words...that what about the people who applied in 2010.....
she said that people are to be evaluated preliminary and then they shall be given letters for interview..with the preliminary evaluation if passed...
I was kind of onfused by her she was quite harash as if I was asking for alms from her...she was..in like kicking a** kind of mood....
has anyone got some concrete information....

Sad news again I called biq hk few mins back. I said i applied in March2011 she asked me have you received any preliminary result which i have not and said no. she said u will not be called for the interview during this mission. This is getting on to my nerves (( what to do ? She was least intrested in answering my query and was harsh. Atleast they need to call Indian applicants now as they have a scheduled interview there. For all they have to say is Preliminary evaluation. Does it take 11 months for it ?IDK am confused. Anybody got anything....

Dear Swaran and Thomas,
Sorry to hear the rude behaviour of BIQ Hkong employees. Cant blame them folks. There are so many calls daily that they are quite litreally fed up with this. To add to worries , we have so many QSW applicants now that getting a call in 13-18 months is a norm now. I presume Thomas has a reason for calling considering that he applied long ago.
Anyways not to get boggled down with this , we must try to push our cases and keep sharing the latest new with the forum mates.
From my side : I did mail them asking for interview for myself and was told a plain no.
