Is it possible to bring my son to Canada while waiting for the application. I already sunmitted the application on May 12, and the visa office already received the medicial report. I know it won't has the result shortly, but me and my wife are missing him so much and would like to bring him to Canada immediately. Since he is holding Hong Kong passport which can stay at Canada for at least six months long. Can he come? Appreciate your advise.

Yes, he is visa-exempt, so you can bring him into the country as a visitor while you wait for his PR application to be processed.
