Dear Seniors,
I am a BHMS doctor and working as a BHMS physician and family practitioner for last 6 years. I would like to apply under◦3112 General Practitioners and Family Physicians..
Are there any restrictions on this group as the NOC list doesnt clarify this. Please confirm and also rough ideas of how long does it take if we apply from India on new cases.
Support will be greatly appreciated.
Regards

BHMS Degree is not valid for Canada and USA too ,  B.H.M.S (Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) , even B.A.M.S (bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery) also not valid degree to practice in Canada, I have my family members with BAMS degree, he applied FSW 4years ago principal applicant is his wife becasue his wife is B.SC Micro - MLT and the visa office count BAMS spouse as graduate spouse only.
my relative is still not working as doctor because he have to study in Canada and get certified practitioner, he is studying but still not become a doctor. bythe way he is working in good company as supervisor in some medicine manufacturing company with stock counting accounting guys.
