1.Do background checks start after 2nd AoR or after IN PROCESS? Mr Qorax somewhere puts that the said checks commence after 2nd AoR?

2. Does London VO also check POF before issuing 2nd AoR/turning ecas into IN PROCESS?

The visa offices check the POF during the process of your application and also the background checks are a part of the "In process" stage of your application.

Is POF REchecked after in process stage or is POF checked the FIRST TIME after in process stage?

My ecas now is In Process!

MY QUERY:

I mean has my POF been found ok initially before issuance of my 2nd aor/in process and now it would be checked again?

Ghafoor it will be checked atleast three time during the whole process. Last when they send you the passport request. So better keep those funds in the bank !

It seems that you are worried about the funds. As your immigration application file is with your visa office, they can check any documents repeatedly any time as they wish. Please note that you are supposed to meet the requirements of CIC as per the existing rules at all times.
