When the officer will open my app again??? thank you Dear Louay I assume that you got your CAIPS after your case went into IN PROCESS. Join the club same thing happen to me but if I understand it correctly BFD is a dead line and not a date by itself. I would say that our files which went In process was sent to Microlocator and Point calculation queue once it's done the VO will set another deadline for another action I guess. |

Hi:
Thank you a lot guys for your help.
Actually, I am getting lost more and more by all information I got. CIC is really cheating us, and not helpful at all. They are playing games with us. To tell us " in process" with the same RBVO and to tell us 16 months then it lasts 2 yrs... I am really disappointed and hopeless.

Agree. It really has no significance for us pre-June applicants. The VO just puts another BF date when a file is brougt forward on the stipulated date. They may deal with our file after having dealt with post-June files subject to allowance in the annual intake. This immigration business is really sad and nerve wrecking. BFD is useless name for CIC ,mine is april ,but all record are empty
so pls ignore this word BFD

I applied for CAIPS to know the next BF'D . However, they wrote an old date.
I feel like it's an endless operation. They don't even give you a hint that they are working. Ayear and one month now, nothing done to my application but putting 10 for my age. What an ugly job they are doing.
I am getting mad by those people in London.

0213 and 4131's are cursed now until Fall 2012.
I had my BF'd in May 2011, I am not gonna order CAIPS again before November/December 2011.
Plain and Simple: they dont need 0213's and 4131's anymore until 2012 Fall.

There is something weird is going on there. I had the same issue: BFd was 5 months back in the past and suddenly I've got an invitation for the interview. Just for note here: they've got my medicals 6 months ago.

What did they write in the letter? do you know why you have been called for the Interview? it might be that that wanna prolong the process a bit? the quota may be full??

I am a kinda surprised by this call. There is no explanation why and what will be discussed. And they do not ask for any special or additional stuff, just travel passports and some references that is it.

your Interview call might be a random one that CIC conducts.
there is nothing to get panicked, they might have called you for delaying the process or to check on your PoF or anything. they aint gonna ask you about anything other than what you already provided to them.
youre lucky that you have been called for the Interview so soon, I have been told to wait for approx 2 yrs of which 6 months have already gone.
