Nearly 2 years after these advisories were released, nothing has really changed in how the Canadian government is stopping unscrupulous Canadian consultants from their scam operations.  

The Canadian government continues to allow CSIC registered immigration consultants like James Walter Hanley and the like to continue operating and swindling people.
