I am jeny,29, living in the Philippines, i am an optometrist assistant and an optician for 6 years now and i planned to apply for a canada immigration under skilled worker category, my husband is a police officer with 10 years of experience in his field... who among us do you think is better qualified with regards to our profession and be the applicant, furthermore, what do you think might be the success rate of our profession for immigration...hope you may help us and be guided... your good advice is highly appreciated... thanks!!!

No idea, so you each should take the assessment at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp to see who has the most points over 67.
