Well the Provincial goverment announced a 30 Billion dollar infrastructure program and We are a "have"province,Ontario is a"have not"province,Meeting to say they get money from the Federal goverment because they cant pay their bills,So who has more money to spend on infrastructure????

Thanks for the link,But What Ontario has is a PLAN without any money to finance it,What BC has is a PROGRAM with money allocated and investment starting,But the link shows that Ontario has very poor infrastructure and has needs of better infrastructure,Many 3rd world nations have plans but no money.
