best way to bring money to ca

hi all,
plz suggest the best way to bring money to CA(cash-tc-credit cards-debit cards)
which is the best and if TC , then best place to get it redeemed airport or market ?
got PR and wanna move to CA

Best ways are Bring Cash , Bank draft/Demand draft, Open Account with Canadian bank in your home country and deposite all your fund in that account. Show statement as POF at POE at landing time.

thnx..
i read threads suggesting scotia bank in new delhi..
but i searched for icici bank in surrey ..
i m also having a/c in icici in india , can i transfer funds to that brach if my account is opened thr

Indian bank accounts NRI NRO or NRE accounts are not valid to prove POF at POE @ landing time.
Scotia bank statement is valid. but most of people land with Bank draft + CASH or Cash only. many people also get TC too. but TC daily rate apply once you encash it even comission also applied on both encash and purchase time.
