Best thing to do for Visa and marriage.

I posted earlier.  If I am Canadian and want to get married with my Fiancee from China in front of my family and friends in Canada.  If it was easier to get married in China and then go back or if it was easier for her to go in as a tourist and then get married over there.  We are planning to stay in China for about 5 years and then move back to Canada.  My question is, if we get married in Canada and then go back to China does it make it difficult for her to apply for a permanent residence status when the time comes.
