Hi all,

I just got my visa but some friends told me that January is not a good time for landing as the government offices will be off for vacation and i won't be able to do my papers.

Does anyone have more info. about that? and when could be the best shortest time for landing?

I'd really appreciate any help on that.

Thank you,

Kanamen is correct.

Public Holidays r only on 25th[Sun], 26th[Mon] Dec 2011 & 1st[Sun] Jan 2012. Next is 20th Feb 2012. Thus technically just the 26th.
-Landing @ POE : Anyday/anytime 24/7
-SIN & Bank Ac: Except on those 3 days

Go for your 'landing' asap.

Choose Air Canada or Air France.
January isnt the problem.
you wont be roaming on the streets over the snow.
