Best Place to find Jobs in Engineering

Does anyone have any idea on which is the best area/province to look for Electrical Engineering/Wireless/RF/Communications jobs?
I am not looking into Oil/Gas/Control Engineering which I guess are more available in Alberta? Is Ontario still the place to look for such jobs even though the unemployment rate there is more? Please Seniors/anyone....
