I am a canadian citizen sponsoring my american wife.  She wants to sponsor her brother from a middle eastern country once she gets her PR.  I was looking into the group of 5 process but it seems he cant be in his country of nationality what is my best option to bring her brother here?

Under the federal system, it is not possible to sponsor an adult brother.  Only if he is under 18 and an orphan.

If you live in MB or SK, it would be possible for her to sponsor him under the PNP family stream if both of them meet the requirements of the program.

If that is not an option, you can try to find him a job, either to get him an LMO and work permit and go from there or get him an AEO and get him sponsored by an employer through PNP or have him apply through FSW if he qualifies.
