Need some urgent info, me & my wife did our landing in July 2009 ,received our PR cards and came back to Dubai.
Our baby was born in August 2010. We now want to migrate to Canada, can u pls adv what is the exact procedure to apply for my new born's Pr . The info on websites are not very clear. Appreciate your speedy reply.

Her case needs to be applied under
FC sponsorship. This apps is done 'inland' - thru a CPC in Canada, for which either or both of the parents must return to Canada & process the case [s/he, the sponsoring parent, must continue to reside here till the FC case is completed].
