Should one take all belongings wit, or sell and buy new in Canada?

One should put all belongings in the list to follow and if required later on, can bring that stuff to Canada.
For initial days / months in Canada one should have light weight so that moving around is easy. Transportation of goods is expensive.
Most of the things are available in Canada, so one should bring the essentials only.
