Hi Still Waiting, thank you for remembering me  I am always here, reading all your posts, I just took 1 whole week off from my work to have some time on my own. Yesterday I was passing in front of the embassy at 5:30pm and saw a delivery boy going inside and taking food and I thought maybe they are really working overtime to finish our files  Good Luck for everybody and I really really wish we all get over this very soon kisses well that food could be for the security guards becuz i've noticed there's always someone there... hehe we are sooooooooo focused on this that I bet everyone one of us passing by in front of the Embassy thinks: when is it going to be my turn to get my visa. Nshallah soon for all of us,,,, you're definitely on my mind since all us being on this terror ship, being together does help to get to shore the soonest... yalla nshallah soon. |

Ugh stillwaiting i hope your feelings are true, cause i have been having those feelings too!! After that phone call I have been soooo excited!!!! We are both at 16 months soon, this needs to come to an end !! And lele is even longer and hab! Good luck to everyoneeee! |

Just to let evrybody know who apply to Quebec now it's a good time to ask your MP what ever you want and they will answer you in matter of couple of day's because they announce yesterday that we have an election coming in the 4th of September, so now all the MP's they will do the best to get your vote (politic is the same any where in the world "nothing like leb"), i went to my MP office and ask for help with my paper and they just called me back and give me the info i need. so try it guy's nothing will hurt,

Hello my friends, Well I was hoping that the food is for one of the officers working on our files hehehehe  I feel weird when I pass by the embassy, I know that my file is inside and I wonder if it is on somebody's desk getting finalized. Do you think that in August some of us will get their visas? Or it will be just like June & July ... Wish you all the best xoxoxo |

Unfortunately e-cas doesn't get updated in a persistent way; you might be able to go into the embassy if you were a Canadian citizen only. Going in there doesn't mean that you will be 100% updated, it depends! When was your application received to Damascus/ Beirut? |

I'm a Canadian citizen. When I called Immigration Canada, last week, they told me it was transferred from Damascus to Beirut in February, and it was updated in May. |
