30 months!!! What is this QSW category ?? What does it stands for???
yes 30 months w lkheir la 2eddem, they are not working on our category, they are only working on the family class sponsorship, so cheer up everyone at least there are some movements and people are doing some medicals, ne7na nechfe bel marra  QSW: Quebec Skilled worker |

Hey Nono, your armenian? I guessed from your email address! lol! I just wanted to tell you that you are on the road to getting your visa, this is a sure sign that they have your file open and just want the final pieces to stamp that passport!! I just wanted to ask what your timeline was, how many months processing/what does it say on your ecas? I am sponsoring my husband, and it has been 15 months. We redid our medical December 2011  I called CIC in Toronto and they told me my file reached Beirut June 7th and on ecas it shows medical results received! Everyones case is different  Best of luck |

Lele, my story is a very long one with lots of bad luck, i went to Canada on July 2006, i applied for my PR since i was in Canada with my family,that was when i did my first medical exams, they gave me the immigration visa, after staying a while i had to return back to Lebanon to sell some assets to start a new life in Canada, the immigration officer who for my luck was a stupid one, told me on the airport of Dorval that i should come back before the visa expires its 6 months, i told him sure, so i came back to Lebanon and after 40 days i wanted to go back but the customs told me that it's impossible to go back since my visa was for one entry, i went straight to the Canadian embassy in Jal el dib and she told me the same, i told them it was not my problem since the immigration officer in Canada told me that during the 6 months i can return back, she was very negative with me eventhough she knew that i sold some assets and my family was waiting for me in Canada, but as i told all of you before" they don't give a damn", my file stayed in process, my family had to come back, yi3ni 2araf bi araf.
Anyway, i had to close the first application, my wife went back to Canada and re-sponsored me again, that is when i did the 2nd medical exam.
And now after 2 years they asked me to re-do my meds, that is my 3rd time.
So please, ma ti3irjo infront of a mkarsa7, by now i should have had my Canadian citizenship, after 6 years of waiting and instead of having a new life and a Canadian passport, i am re-doing the medical exams to start all over again from scratch "zero".

thank you for the email i received it and its done thank you Nairy yes i am armenian .. im guessing your are too ? my ecas is the same it says application received sept 2011 my meical exam august 2 2011 i got the acceptance letter on nov 16 2011 quebec certification on dec 2011 my file was in beirut on may 9 2012 and 13 july my husband recieved the phone call and yesterday they send me that email so in 2 hours my husband has an appoitment at the embassy in beirut with the officer so im too nervous to sleeep hehehe |

my wife received the same email nono and submited her documents 2 weeks ago . the only difference in the email that they didn t mention her meds coz it ends in six month and it s her second med . so i hope she s on the same boat as u since it s exactly the same email but they didn t mention the meds we have been since march 2011 in process

We have the same timeline just about. I applied sept 21, got sponsor approval nov 24 and my file reached Beirut on may 9!! Inshallah they call my hubby soon I still don't have my file number.,,does it start with B or F?? Do you think u should email them or have my MP call? |

Mabrouk nono wish you all the best!!! From the e-mail that you receive its was sure that your husband will get the visa! Its sad to see that people got ppr in 8 month and other have to wait 15 to 20 month or more to get ppr. its a no rules process!!! I have gooooood newsssssss
