ahlen joe tamem hot like always the thing is shes sayin her exams were expired may2011 so more then a year man so law bada tshati ghayamit
I know man she made a mistake and said may 2011 but she meant may 2012 (Sorry I am completely lost i did my medical in 2011 and expired in 2012) |

I have received a letter dated September 28, 2011 saying:
"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing".
then they proceeded to say if I needed any information to contact the visa office by email, fax or in writing and then they listed the Beirut Embassy contact information.

Guys, we already talked about this medical test issue; and Joe is absolutely right; the new law gives full discretion to the officer so it's completely up to them, so why put yourself under that option?!

but on the checklist of the immigrant application there was an option to choose between Damascus and Beirut as 1- point of contact office, 2- in-person interview office.
So I checked Beirut in both cases!!

Ah I see, so this could be your contact office at the time because as far as we know Beirut wasn't processing immigration files back then; the only way to find out for sure is for u to order ur CAIPS. |
