TO ALL LEBANESE FORUMERS, Guys, we have been waiting endlessly, some have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, I know some of us have gone to the embassy with no concrete results. We have posted previous messages asking people if they are interested in joining force and going to the embassy all together in a very civilized and organized way to at least understand where we stand. I think we should start by sharing our experiences if we have actually been to the embassy and what was their response similar to what lele did; so if you have been to the embassy, please share whether you are a PR or citizen and if you were allowed to speak to someone. Otherwise are you interested in all of us going to see if we can make a difference and get some answers?? |

Hi
I have sponsored my husband back in JULY, 2010 we have 3 children and I am in Alberta.
I have lost all hope in this rediculous process. I have been to my MP many times, countless calls to the embassy. My husband has been to the embassy many times with no results. This is crazy and inhumane what they put us through. I am going to Lebanon as soon as my kids are finished school. We have not seen him in over 2.5 years. Sorry for the down attitude, but I am just numb now.

My husband redid his medical in Oct, 2012 and they promised him he should get his visa before Jan. Then his file got sent to Beruit. The people that work at the visa office especially if they work in arab countries are so EVIL.
